Description: | Major duties include on-the-ground examinations for the habitat of Threatened, Endangered, and Sensitive Species (TES) and the preparation of Biological Evaluations (BE) that report finding. Other duties include
• Monitoring known location of TES, birdpoints, aquatic habitats, and other projects as assigned.
• Analyses of forest areas to determine which areas require cultural treatments. Prescribes cutting practices based on examination of stand conditions or other resource requirements.
• Prepares contracts and serves as Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
• Assists in the prescribed burning program.
• Serves on the Interdisclipinary Team and provides input and reviews documents
