Project Learning Tree, or PLT, is an environmental education program that teaches people how to
educate K-12 students about environmental subjects through fun, non-traditional activities. This past spring
we visited Appling County Middle School in Baxley, Georgia and hosted a variety of activities with subjects including
dendrology, water quality, food webs, and population dynamics.
