Page 202, equation 5.10 should be: m = (g/i) x 100
Page 203, equation at the top of the page should be:

The denominator of the near-final equation should be: 1 + exp(3.4184). This should then become 1 + 30.52, and the equation should then become 1 / 31.52, or 0.0317.
