Page 198, 21st line from top of page, "Burkhart et al. (1981)..." should read "Burkhart et al. (1987)..."

Page 202, equation 5.10 should be: m = (g/i) x 100

Page 203, equation at the top of the page should be: m = (1.6/1.0) x 100

Page 204, second equation from the top of the page: variable "CDBH" should be "DBH"

Page 204, middle of the page: The denominator of the near-final equation should be: 1 + exp(3.4184). This should then become 1 + 30.52, and the equation should then become 1 / 31.52, or 0.0317.

Page 218, Figure 5.12: Tree "7" located just above horizontal distance = 75 feet should be tree "17"

Page 229, Table 5.10: Under "5. SLPSS" "Quachita" should be "Ouachita"
