Page 654, Table 12.1, Prescription Rx8: This prescription does not
apply to "All stand types" as the description implies, just uneven-aged stands.
Page 660, 1st line at top of page:
change "varition" to "variation".
Page 660, Paragraph 2, 7th line:
change "..heavy fuel's.." to "..heavy fuels.."
Page 666, 2nd line from top of page:
change "..the underachivement on minus deviation.." to "..the underachievement or minus deviation.." (two typographical errors).
Page 671, Table 12.6, Row 12, Stand 4: Should indicate prescription RT4.
Page 672, 6th line from top of page: Should read "..M4M, M5D, and M6D (not M5D twice).
Page 700, Equation 12.6: variable DMit should be dmit;
variable DPit should be dpit.
Page 703, Bottom of page: AA*
